Are this Fri, Sat or Mon considered statutory holidays please?

Not statutory holidays but as allot of Helpers are religious so i would always give them the time off just as my husband enjoys the time off from his work.

so they are public holidays but not statutory holidays?

yes that's right, lots of people will be off but not everyone as it's not a statutory holiday

Are none of these days statutory holidays? Would it be reasonable to ask the helper to work a half day on these days?
