We are travelling to the UK for Christmas and want to take our helper. She has been working with us for less than a year, are there any legal constraints?

Did you read the earlier posts on this? Do a 'UK' search on this forum and you'll see some info on this subject is already out there. If previous replies don't give you the answer then I suggest you contact Immigration direct.
