Helper Application Costs

Besides the monthly costs of employing a helper could someone please advise me of the startup/application costs:


ie.


1) Visa fee?


2)Authentication fees by the relevant consulate (in this case Philippino)


3)Administration fee ie. Philippines Overseas Employment Admin fee


4) Other fees?


I'm on top of the the medical examination fees (somewhere between $600-$1200 and insurance ($500-900 if hsbc)

Thanks, but I think I've done the hard yards and found the helper I want. I just wanted an idea of the processing costs to employ the helper.
