What if the helper will give a 1 month notice to her employer then after the employer will sign the notice she will tell to the helper to leave the house, does the employer still need to pay the helper with the amount of 1 month or only the ticket she will give? Please I really need your opinion. Thank you!

Answer is simple. Who initiated the immediate termination without notice have to pay the 1 month wage in lieu of notice.

However, if employee is found with certain adverse conditions as mentioned in laws, the employer can immediately have summary dismissals without the need to compensate by such 1 month wage.
In any case, the passage for return is needed and nowadays the employer would book the return passage for the helpers rather than just give the money to them as they may not really be back to the original country. The law only required employer to pay the passage return to the country of origin and not for being abused to pay the surplus money if the employee go to other place with lower transport cost or migrate to other country which is not the country origin.

Yes, if your helper gives you a month's notice, but you don't want her to work it, you need to pay her for the month.
