Do I need to pay for my helpers flight

Hi,

My helper is due to take her 7 days annual leave having worked for us for 1 year. She wants to go back to manila and believes that I should pay for her flight. I know I need to pay for the flight once the 2 year contract is completed, but I wasn't sure whether I had to pay for this flight as well? Can anyone let me know what I should do?

You only need to pay for her flight when you first hire her from home country and then again at the end of the contract if you don't re employ her. Any holiday trips are at her own expense. Some however do pay flights (i do) as a bonus for good work.
