A common problem I've faced with all my helpers is that they don't think its necessary to wash their hands after doing stuff like sweeping, mopping, throwing garbage etc etc (Inspite of constant reminders). Is it normal for helpers not to wash their hands frequently or am I asking for too much. Just curious to find out...
Thanks!

I think this happen's quite alot. A reminder over the sink is a good idea but is your helper washing her hand's after a toilet visit? You should be careful here as you could all be sick. It really is normal to ask helper's to wash hand's so keep checking.
