Just to let you all know:
When your PH DH goes back home on vacation, they DO NOT have to do the training or Test before they returned to HK. They only have to show their OEC( Overseas employment certificate) which the PH consulate provides them with it in HK.
This change had been confirmed by the POEA. POEA's hotline is 632-7221144,722-1155,722-1187.
Hope this helps the employers, it sure made me feel better!
