how to find legal part time helper?

Hi, I have full time helper now, but I am thinking of not renewal the contract. I have only one kid and she goes to kindergarted full time, so I only need part time helper to come to my house for cleaning, and some babysitting when we go out.

I definitely need legal helper, preferably english speaking, but any nationality is ok.

Please advise how to find legal helpers?
