We are new to Hong Kong and would like to know how much to pay a full time DH who is living out (in Wanchai). We live in Mid Levels.

First of all, I wouldn't "broadcast" that you have a DH who is living out. (It's illegal). But many many have their DH live out. (I would suggest you for her to NOT live in Wan Chai though.) but the extra cost for boarding house would be about $ 1500-$ 2000 on top of their monthly salary.
