If your helper was "terminated" , and not by the reason of Financial reasons that the employer terminated her contract, then isn't it by law that she must return home and not just Macau ?
How did you get the new visa approved on Feb 25 already? That's not even 4 weeks, plus the CNY holidays!
I am just curious b/c I hired two terminated helpers previously, they had to go back to Philippines, and didn't come back until 5 weeks later.
Just curious.

I think you don't get any reply because the situation you described is rather unusual for DHs.
I can advise only one thing: call the Labor Department hotline. They are usually very helpful and give detailed answers if you ask detailed questions.
Personally, I think it depends on your oral/written agreement with your DH b/c there is no info on this issue in the FDH Guide.
