My helper is resigning after 1 year and 4 months, how do i computer for 4 months pay of vacation leave? 1 year = 7 days. For 4 months, how much should i pay her? thanks.
I think, for what I had experienced recently, that you have to pay her proportionally, I mean, 4 months is a third of a year, so it would be a third of the 7 days, so around 2,3 days worth of salary.
Would that be right?
