Can my helper leave hk, she still have a pending loan in the bank

My helper now who works for me for 8 months decided to break the contract, it's fine with us, we don't like her anyway, we're not satisfied with her work. But I learned from a friend that my helper have a loan in a bank, how can she pay that she already break the contract? Can she leave the hk with pending loan?


But I want to report it to the immigration or the bank, but i know how, can someone help me?

Actually I know it's none of my business, but, I admit I'm mad at her, because everything we did for her to work here in hk, we pay everything, any single cents comes to our pocket, and now she will just leave us like that, and spreading bad stories about just to justify her breaking of contract, we don't really care if she doesn't want to work with us anymore, but make us mad is that she keeps on telling evryone that we are like this . .. like that etc. . . . We've been good to her, and this is what are we going to get in return.


Yes I am definitely sure she will flew because I already booked her a ticket, and she said that the money is not with her so she will not pay for it, i think one of her friends borrowed the money from her and promised her that she will be the one to pay for it, but that's not 100% sure because the friend knows that she will break the contract, actually the friend is the one who advise her to break the contract.

yah right to greenvalley! its not of your busines. regarding telling bad things about you and your family well its just word.as long that you know its not real. well nothing to worry about. beside you said she will go back in her country in time. so no more rumor. its time to move on. learn your lesson and start new helper to deal with. past is past who made mistake not impt anymore. no body perfect. telling to immigration that she will run from her loan. is just our thought. we never know. its her personal problem. better find new helper train and be good. past is past.
