I am coming up on my two year contract with my current DH. Is it necessary for me to take her to get another medical physical before I renew. She had one done when I hired her but not really sure where she got it done nor did I go with her. Guess I would like a piece of mind to make sure before I rehire her. Anyone have any recommendation on where I can take her on HK Island for this exam as this whole process is new to me.

No, it is not necessary, unless she is looking after kids and elderly but as you said, for your peace of mind, so go ahead and ask her to have another one. She may be thankful for it.
There is a Filipina GP with a clinic in Cause Way Bay, her name is Dr. Pacifica Chan, the basic
( helpers') medical costs somewhere around HK$500.00 If I'm not mistaken it covers basic check up, x-ray and urnine test. Health package while cost you 1.5- 3k.
ps: I do not have her number nor address but you could dial 1081 and ask for it. sorry I cannot help you on this as I am not in HK at the moment.
