Salary for FT Live-out?

Does anyone know what the going rate is for a FT live-out DH? She is legal (PR). Filipina (if that is relevant). Duties will involve housework including lots of ironing, with very occassional babysitting in the evening. Many thanks in advance.

So, still, how is her nationality relevant? I'm confused...


My exp. of friends who have hired as above is that the going rate is something like $5-6K. This is for a 5-day week, finishing at a reasonable hour (5 or 6) and extra for babysitting in the evening.

We are paying our FT live out helper (Dependant visa holder) HK$6,000, monday to friday 10am to 8pm plus insurance.

Does anyone know where to find a FT or PT live out helper? We live in Tung Chung and with a second baby on the way, we are looking for someone but living out. Any suggestions?
