Hi woody,

my suggestion re the fees -

If you terminated her today in writing then Fax these to the immigration dept asap - you will not have to pay the fees.

If you do not wish to send the letter in straight away - pay the fees then you will get a refund after you have sent in the details of her termination. This refund may take a while. If she is paying the tax then she can apply it to her next employer.
