Tell the first one that if they can't get along she will be going. Tell the 2nd one if they can't get along - she will going. in confidence that is - you may find an attitude change pretty quickly.

Isi, every helper comes from very far away and every employer pays for their passage here.
In any case, why do you have to deal with this BS? If you think the first helper is better, keep her and let go of the second. Or vice versa. Then, find another helper since three young kids are too much for one helper to handle. I interviewed scores of good helpers. If you put some effort into it and are patient, I'm sure you'll find someone. Take control of the situation. You are the boss, not some helpless helper.

saw your other posts with the "good domestic helpers" other people have in another thread. and your constant negative comments of how the good ones are fake and will turn out to be evil, lazy, liar... whatever... the kind of generalization that only a very backward racist will have after a few months of bad experience herself.
maybe you are just not the type of person who will ever hire "good" domestic helper. just like some bosses are always terrible and always will be.
maybe it's time for you to think whether you should be "allowed" to have domestic helper. maybe you should just do what you do at home, raise the kids and take care of the house yourself, or just go back home.
