Urgent! My helpers visa is expiring

She did not realize her visa was going to expire in a couple of days. The weekend is around the corner. Will she get a visa tomorrow or day after?

If she just expired her visa and she still under the employment contract with you, then she can go tomorrow to Immigration Department to get another visa, normally they granted the visa at the same day. But if her visa expired and in the same time her contract also expired, what you need to do is both of you need to sign a set of new employment contract then ask your helper go to there embassy for authentication and ask the embassy to give her a receipt. After she gets the receipt or the day before her visa expired she has to approach Immigration Department and bring the receipt from the embassy to Immigration department together with your supporting documents and your maid documents. Then the immigration will give her appointment to get her new visa. And normally the immigration officer will give a letter in her next appointment to submit a contract when she withdraw it from there consulate.
