i hv a DH who has been with us for abt 10 mths now. shes very good in general with whatever she does and we are happy with her. however the one thing that does bother me is her dress code. she wears the shortest tees when she is working exposing midriff and when she sits u see her pantyline from the back cos her pants r so low. when she bends she leaves little to the imagination. i told her once nicely that her tees are v short and asked if she could wear longer ones when she worked. i even offered to buy some for her but she said ' no maam i have, i will wear' and thats it. for abt a week i saw her in longer stuff and again back to the skimpy attire!! i dont want to nag but understand shes working and there should be some decency in her dress code. what should i do????

thanks alot for yr responses. i did ask her if she would like me to provide her with a uniform ( cos my prev helper said she was embarrassed at being seen in uniform) guess its an image thing for some of them. so this time round i asked her if she would like me to provide her with one and she said she didnt want to wear one either. :-( saikunga, i think i will tk yr suggestion and just buy her some polo tees / comfy pants and see what she does with it.

thanks guys!

Bossini or Giordano or the Blue Star which I think is the cheaper version of one of the preceeding do lots of well priced basics. You can buy simple tshirts and polos in differnt colours and basic trousers etc. Really easy to put together a basic work wardrobe that is not a 1950's maid uniform.

If you start in Queens Road opposite the H&M there is Bossini and giordani I think, then Blue Star is on the right as you go down either Li Yuen East or West, when you get down to De Voux Rd at the end of the lanes there is another Giordani or bossini (sorry I get them mixed up) which seems to do all the excess stock / bulk stuff.

Introduce a dresscode or uniform for her.
