Hi there

Can anyone clarify for me, how soon can we finish our DH's 2year contract, without it being a termination? I heard somewhere that you can finish a contact 6 weeks prior to the visa date expiration (the date on her passport) without it being a termination. Is this correct. Many thanks

I asked the same question only last month so I can help with this.

I think the answer is 30 days. You can finish her contract a month before without it being called a termination.
