My Filipino helper wanted to go to Dubai to visit her daughter during her holiday. Since we were also going for a christmas holiday, we allowed her to go , giving her a consent letter to show the immigration. According to the letter, she is due back yesterday, 2nd Jan. Today is 3rd and she has not returned. Her phone is unreachable. Also she has taken most of her things barring 4-5 tshirts/ pants. She has also left the house keys behind. Should I call the immigration or wait it out?
Now I am not sure if she actually left HK, since I did not check her tickets...

She's gone. Dubai's one of those places where many Filipinos go and get "better" jobs. If he's got family there, they could have found work for her already. Hopefully I'm wrong.
