Hi there. Quick question. I am trying to interview some DH candidates at Central on Sunday. Do you normally pay the candidates for coming for an interview?

Here is a fact for those of you who are interviewing from your home;

If you are asking a person to come to your home for an interview and you do not offer to pay at least some of the fare, then do not be surprised if you encounter "no shows" It would be a shameful thing for a person to admit they do not have enough money to pay for tranportation and it is easier to not come than admit this.....

It is possible you have never had so little money that you had to choose to spend it on food or try to get a job...just a thought.

I know of girls who will walk 10-12 blocks rather than pay a $4.20 bus fare!
