recently, the FDH submitted her forms for termination of contract and change of employer with the immigration. the immigration gave a white form and a blue form to the FDH and asked her to attend the interview with her new employer with both forms.
i went through the forms and the white form says that the new employer has to sign it as an acknowledgement and return it through the FDH and i asked the FDH whether "the new employer has to return the original white form asap or can she take it with her at the interview date" and the FDH seemed confused. since she is very poor in english, i am not sure what she got told.
anyone had this immigration's blue form-white form experience? care to share?
cheers.

hi kissy missy...the signed white form should be returned to the immigration on the helper's next appointment. She has to submit this together with the blue form.

thanks eva for your reply!
her next appointment is in late dec and she said that the new employer has been asked to attend the appointment too so i'm just guessing both of them have go to the immigration on the appointment date with the original blue form and white form. those forms are pretty confusing, i tell you!

hi Kissy missy
In the form, it doesn't states there that the new employer has to be there on her next appointment, only the helper was advised to be in the immigration...the employer needs to sign the white paper only to acknowledge that the application is under verification.

yes, that was what i thought but the immigration officer told the FDH to bring the new employer to the interview. maybe case-by-case..?
thanks once again! have a good weekend.
