I will employ a new helper by myself (no agency). But some documents are missing me:
undertaking by the helper ID407L
contract ID407
ackowledgement card ID183
And the mailing labell (ID839) must be with which address?

Which immigration dept, in wanchai?
It's pretty simple.
You go to the Immigration tower in Wanchai. 2/F where it says "Forms". You ask for the Foreign Domestic helper package and the officer will give you all the forms you need, in a neat package - nothing missing. Take 2, in case you mess up, so you don't have to go again.
