Hello,
My maid started to work for me since 29th Aug 2016 , and her employment is till 29th Aug 2018.
My queries:
1.Is she to work for me till 29th Aug 2018 or does she get a grace of 14 days and I let her go on 14th Aug 2018.
2. Is it a HK rule to let go of the maid 14 days prior to her employment visa expires or she continues to work for me till the date of expiry?
