DH From Mainland China Minimum Wage in HK

Hi!Can anyone tell me what is the minimum wage for a not so experienced DH? Is the minimum wage the same for those from the mainland as I may consider getting a Chinese if possible?

is that $400 tax levy a fixed amount or based on the salary that we give? And Mrs Miggins are you paying also a food allowance on top of the $3750?
