My DH actually likes to 'work', she complains she gets bored sitting in her room by herself ie perhaps going to the shop and meeting her friends there for a chat or going to the park with the kids. Both these types of activity could be described as work but how much is work and how much is 'pleasure'? A lot must depend upon the relationship between employer & employee. And when my wife & I are at work & the kids at school she has a few hours to herself anyway she is not working dawn to dusk flat out.
