In order for a domestic helper to be able to work part-time legally, what evidence do I need to see as proof? Is a dependant visa acceptable, and are there any other requirements that I or the helper need to provide? Thanks for any advice.

So, what are the normal employment laws (or where can I find them?) and what should I commit to writing? Sorry for all the questions but I've not done this before and I want to do it right. I have found someone with a dependant visa ... what else do I need to do to make it all legal and above board so to speak?
