Statutory Holidays

ORIGINAL POST

I am of the understanding that Easter (Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday) are not statutory holidays however I have now heard conflicting information. I found the Labour Dept list for statutory holidays and Easter was not on it....

Any information would be great.

beechris -- the Hk holidays for helpers are as axptguy38 posted.

Some employers give the other holidays, as I did when I had a helper, but they are not obliged to, if they give them as extra holidays they can be given paid or unpaid depending on the employer.
