The baby massage should be done by yourself, me thinks. Me and my wife went to a course provided at the Matilda, but i think the same instructor is providing the same course somewhere in DB for less money

Agree with Cookie, do the baby massage yourself, much better for mother to bond with baby, use soothing oils like J**nso** lavender for babies, (not advertising) but I think you'll guess which one I mean, available in any chemist, it is supposed to have a calming effect, so is good at bedtime for baby, for yourself you could go and be pampered at any beauty parlour, with massage and even have your manicures and pedicures. Good luck with the delivery, and enjoy the contact with your baby.
