I had got my helper 2 years back when she had finished her last contract.She processed her visa in hongkong and started working for me without going home.On her passport the visa stated that she had to go home within the next one year.So februray 2007 she went home for 2 weeks.I think I have given the 14 days annual leave due to her for the 2 year contract period.I am not renewing her contract.PLease advice
