DH want me to sign contract

As long as the contract hasn't been submitted, it's no harm. The DH just wants to extend her visa ..... with a signed contract. Make sure you have some missing documents... then your file isn't complete. Immigration won't process.

Then if you want to back out, you just have to inform the immigration you change your mind.


However, I wouldn't do this unless you really like the girl. It's kind of a hassle.


My friend did this, turned out fine b/c she did hire the girl at the end, but she signed and left some missing documents, took about 2 weeks to finally get the file reference number which then means it's complete application.


EVEN if you submit the completed application, you can STILL withdraw ONCE. So can the helper, she can always sign with you, submit the contract, but still can withdraw as long as the visa isn't out yet.
