URGENT! Notification from Imm Dept.

The Visa ready to pick up here in HK immigration means just that ! If you are using an agency, it is THEIR job to pick it up asap, send it overseas to the agent responsible in the Philippines to get it to the DH. Then the DH should have done her medical, her other documents, and paid her fees...etc. The agency should book her air ticket asap, she should be here NO LATER than 1 week.


My agencies in the past, already can predict when they get the visa, they book the air ticket before they even go to pick up the visa, that way, the DH comes 2 days after they send her the visa.


Keep calling your agency to do their job, it's not handled by the government, the papers, and everything should be done by the agent taking care of things over there.
