I have recenlty hire a part itme helper, she has so far only been to me yesterday for four hours, i have asked her if she would be able to come back on Thursday for 3 hours, but she has told me she cant do 3 hours, but can do 4!!! I would be in when she is cleaning.............do i trust that there is enough for her to do for 4 hours?

I would find her some work to do for the extra time. Ironing, cleaning, washing or cooking even just have a list that is going to take at least that length of time

did you ever agree hours with her beforehand? If you did obviously that's what you should stick to - if not - just say 3 hours is fine this time.

think i will just leave her a list.......flat is not that big, only just over 1000sq ft. didnt agree hours before hand. Suppose will just let her do the 4 hours twice this week then maybe change it for next week.
