Working Visa for DH from Singapore

We travel between Singapore and in Hong Hong. I intend to bring my helper to Hongkong to take care of my babies and doing house chores.


This helper was employed in Singapore, so she need a working visa in Hongkong when I bring her along to HK.


Could anyone give me advise on how to get the working visa for my indonesian DH?


I went to the Immigration department last week and was reprimanded by the officer there. I was told that in order to apply the working visa for DH, this DH should not be in HK. The working visa has to be approved before the DH could enter HK.


The immigration officer has aslo mentioned that, besides filinmg the immigration form, I have to do documentation at the Indonesia Enbassy (although the form did not state so).


Does anyone has any experience in getting working visa for their DH?
