Helper breaking contract - definition and consequences

ORIGINAL POST

If a helper gives one-month notice 8 weeks before the end of her contract and leaves her previous employer within one month of the contract's expiration, will Immigration require her to go home first before she can start a new contract with a new employer or does Immigration consider it a completed contract (and let her stay in HKG for up to one year before requiring her to get a new entry stamp in her passport)?

Also, does Immigration blacklist helpers who have broken one or more contracts early?
