Hi. I am just on the process of asking my indonesian maid to go. She works for me for over 2 years I have already renewed her contract. After my 2nd helper (who is supposed to come to take care of my newborn) comes things just started to go crazy. My 1st helper started to act like a bully and got overly jealous with nothing. Most importantly she always thinks that everyone is against her. I am so tired of the whole drama so i wanted to ask one to go.
Problem is, now i have to hire one back to take care of my 1.5 years old son. Should i hire the same nationality or different one?
