I know this must have come up several times but humor me, I am sending my helper back for xmas, she will have only been with us for 9 months. I believe we only need to pay one way and she pays the other.Is this correct.Sorry to be asking this again, still new to the whole thing.

Prices for one way and return trip ticekts are not that much different, why not just buy her a return ticket?

If you are the one sending ur maid then this means you are responsible for her ticket round trip.You can discuss with her though this vacation will be computed as an early annual leave.
