Help! Helper may not come in time...What to do?

I sent a letter to the DH department in Imm Dept. Not sure if it at all helped tho.

I think the best thing you have to do is to find a part-time helper after your current one leaves on June 7. It's hard to predict as to exactly when helpers will actually arrive. It's inevitable to wait longer than the expected time. Mainly due to the immigration's processing time. It's really only up to them when to grant the employment visa. Sometimes they have to correspond with people back in the philippines to ensure that the applicant is free of any criminal record - or could be just anything.


In terms of sending letter, you can send a letter to the immigration marking URGENT. However, you have to provide evidence as to why you need your helper immediately. At least, this idea worked with my friend who did the same thing.
