Does anyone know if it's legal for an employer to allow their DH to take on part time jobs? Or better yet to hire a part time maid whose employer allows them to work part time?

If the helper is a foreign domestic helper in HK on a domestic helper visa then he/she is legally permitted to wotk ONLY on a full-time basis for the contracted employer and ONLY in the contracted employer's home.
