how long will it take?

We are getting a helper who is going to leave her present employer and come and work for us, She will be giving 1 months pay to her employer and leaving the same day(we think). how long will the new visa process take? will it still be 6 weeks?

Fast visas are taking 4 weeks, ( those with an accompaning letter) so you're probably looking at 6 weeks minimum.
