5. and best way of paying her salary? cash, cheque, online banking? before or after the month of work?

(sorry i can't seem to edit a post, or even reply to a post here!!! strange...anyone else having problems? maybe it's my apple mac)

5. Pay salary straight into bank account then you have proof it has been paid. We have always paid in arrears.
