We've been interviewing FDHs that we've found through word of mouth and the internet and it is starting to be a very frustrating experience. We lost one candidate who was absolutely excellent but we were inexperienced and didn't move fast enough - lesson learned!). We're thinking of enlisting third party assistance and would be keen to hear of recommendations of good agencies. Many thanks!

Asiaxpat used to be very good but my latest experience with them was a waste of time. If michele is at Asiaxpat is willing to personally help you (she found my first helper for me), then go for it. Otherwise...
