Hi just wondering if the medical treatment for my helper exceeds HKD200 (covered by my insurance), would it be my responsibility or her responsibility for the part that's over? Thanks.

Yours. When your helper is ill or injured, according to the contract/law you must provide her with free medical treatment.
It doesn't matter if she goes sick on her day off, you are still liable. The only exception is if she leaves Hong Kong of her own volition and
for her personal purposes, e.g. on home leave.
FYI, free medical treatment includes medical consultation, maintenance in hospital and emergency dental treatment.

Yours, but you can specify the doctor, if you want to keep under the limit. If she then chooses a more expensive one she has to pay the extra.
