We have the same DH for 4 years. 2years finished, then went home and back and started another 2-years which is coming to an end this summer. So is her annual leave standard 7 days per year or as the Labour website says that in 3rd and 4th year, it should be 8 and 9 days...but that is not continuous contract? Can anyone clarify?

If she's worked for you for 4 years then surely it's 8 and 9 days as you say, regardless of continous contract or not. They get so few as it is....
