can i ask my helper to wear a mask?

my helper is having a cold right now. i've given her some medication. i'm wondering if people think it's ok if i give her a mask to wear. since we had our baby, my husband or i wear masks most of the time when we have cold. but i'm not sure if it'll be considered inappropriate if i ask my helper to do so.

Our last helper was asked to wear a mask. Our current wore one on her own accord.

Agreed with cara. All this mask wearing in HK is a bit pointless. Exposure to colds builds up children's immune systems.
