I am planning to terminate my helper and I want to know what date the air-ticket should be? Should it be the last day 2 weeks after the termination date? Can it be a fixed date ticket or does it have to be flexible? Thanks!

Hi MamaS, it doesnt matter, she still have a 14 days to find a new employer or whatever she like to do after her terminatiion.

Someone told me that the ticket had to be flexible just in case the helper wanted to go home before the 2 weeks. That's why I am confused on the type of ticket I should buy for her.

well another option is that u can give her the money instead of the ticket n get it signed by her..then ur responsibility is over and she can go whenever she wants..
