I worked for my employer for more than 4years. He moved to a serviced apartment and all of a sudden he terminated my contract for reasons I didn't do. I was so angry. He didn't even pay me. I was so confused, I planned to file a case against him but I considered the 4 good years of working for him. I sms him many times asking for my pay but he just ignored it. So I decided to go back home and just forget about it because I was thinking of the pressure it will give me while the case is ongoing. I won't be able to work properly. I'm now here in the Philippines since November. I tried once more if he'll pay me by sending him my bank account number but nothing from him. He owes me 11 days pay, one month notice, air ticket and even half of the money I made by selling his furnitures. (he asked me to sell those stuff and told me 50% is mine). My legal advisor told me I can still pursue the case but I need to go back there in HK. Is this true? I'm really confused.

File your claim at the labour department in the Revenue Tower in Wanchai. 34th floor? They have all the forms and it's quite simple. But you will have to be there personally.
