im going to hire a care giver ... a philipine nurse ... what kind of visa application should i get her??? i mean is she under for a domestic help??? even im hiring her to just take care of my newborn child??? pls help me...

Domestic Helper visa is fine for childcare. That's considered part of "domestic work".
For that matter, I don't think it is possible for you to hire her under another kind of visa.
