We will be moving to Australia & would like to take our DH. Is this possible? What procedures need to be done? Who should I contact?

You won't be able to have your DH in Australia- people who do it usually bring them in on a 'study visa'. Had a friend who tried the honest and legal way for extenuaing circumstances - Her huband had a brain tumour and was undergoing serious tests etc - the Austr. immig. wouldn't have a bar of it - it takes away a job of an aussie. If you apply and get knocked back then they watch you pretty hard as well....
