I have decided to terminate my helper. I was just wondering wether anyone could could answer my question. She has been with us for nearly three years. She did not take her holiday after the completion of her firest contract and commencement of the second. I know i owe her for that holiday my question is what do i need to do? Do i need to send her for a holiday in the Philippines and when she comes back end her contract? Or can i just give her the money? I would really appreciate some advice. I want to make sure i don't have any problems.Thanks
